Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How to return an order

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions and a prepaid return label within 24-48 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days, using your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible. The exchange and return shipping are on us.
